Hwee Peng Tan

Hwee Peng Tan is the Chair of the School Board at Joondalup Education Support Centre and the author of "How to Be a Neuro-affirmative Parent." With 10 years of corporate planning experience in Singapore and a dedication to community service in Joondalup, she is passionate about mental health, diversity, and special needs education. Under her leadership, the school won two prestigious WA Education Awards. Hwee Peng is also a certified mental health first aider, advocating tirelessly for her neurodivergent child.
